What counts as an AI Security Review?

Accepted Answer

An AI Security Review is consumed when Drel performs a meaningful assessment action — generating a new threat model, recalculating risks after architecture changes, running an attack-path simulation, or producing a Risk Disposition memo. Manual edits and browsing saved reviews are unlimited and do not consume your quota. The Evaluation tier includes 3 full AI Security Reviews so you can evaluate the complete workflow before subscribing.

Why does the Evaluation tier require a work email?

The Evaluation tier is designed for security architects, AI governance officers, and AppSec engineers evaluating Drel for organisational use. A work email helps us ensure the evaluation reaches the right people. If you have a personal email, you can still subscribe directly to Starter or Team — no work email required for paid plans.

Do I need a credit card to start the Evaluation?

Accepted Answer

No. You can start your 30-day Evaluation with just your work email — no credit card required. At the end of the evaluation you can choose to subscribe to Starter or Team, or your account will revert to read-only access to your existing reviews.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are non-refundable, but you keep full access through the end of the year you've paid for.

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans are billed once per year and include 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Starter annual is $500/year (vs $600 monthly), Team annual is $1,500/year (vs $1,800 monthly), and Scale annual is $5,000/year (vs $6,000 monthly).

What is BYOK, and which plans include it?

BYOK (bring your own model key) lets you run Drel's analysis on your own model provider account — it is available on Scale and Enterprise only. On Scale, BYOK covers model inference; your Drel review limits still apply to orchestration, evidence generation, storage, workspace usage, and support — it is not unlimited usage. Enterprise adds private routing with Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock options, VPC / private deployment, and auditability.
